In our show we will be exploring the story of an old man’s memory of his love of a circus girl in the 1930’s and his wish to live in that time forever. What was, what could have been and will be…the audience will tread in his shoes and adopt his past life as a time travelling lover, maybe to reminisce over a private little drink for two? 

Influenced by companies such as Punchdrunk, youmebumbumtrain and dreamthinkspeak we have created a series of rooms/spaces for the audience to embark on an immersive journey via wheelchairs, headphones and performer/audience interaction. The story will be fragmented according to where the audience travels. They become the players or sometimes the voyeurs as they unravel moments in time within this imagined world and encounter one-on-one performances, dream-like states or a slow dance along the way.

Please note that over-the-ear headphones are worn at some stage and you will sometimes find yourself on your own as well as with others.  Some drink is offered en route, which you can choose to partake or decline.
